Produced in small batches (about 500 bottles/batch) there is some variability from run to run. Due to sourcing constraints - the current batches are lighter in color and drier than the earlier runs. We are experimenting (in-house) with a variety of new and used barrels to see if we can capture more vanillin/sweetness in future batches. Our Crown Jewel - Exceptionally smooth, exceptional taste.
